Aerelink was founded in 2004 by Steve Swift and Ian Maynard, working together in a small, rented business unit.  The company was initially conceived as a wireless services delivery company, providing high quality engineering services for partners in the communications industry.  Since 2004, the company has expanded by a process of natural growth and acquisition to an organisation with three offices and more than 40 employees.

Our product portfolio has grown in line with our commercial growth. Our two operating divisions, Network Integration and Service (NI&S) and Network Delivery Services (NDS) address separate markets, with a focus on network design and implementation for public sector/enterprise customers and providing engineering services to the telecommunications markets respectively.
